I do not have an exact date for this photograph, but I believe I captured this image in Yellowstone National Park sometime around 1991-1992 during a trip to Utah with the family. The film camera I used to snap this photograph is long gone; it was a Nikon Zoom*Touch 300 35mm point & shoot.
It was here, if memory serves me correctly, I was on a bicycle having a look around on when I heard something snarling\growling – – all I remember is “bear!” and started full steam pedaling back down the hill to get out of there like a bat out of hell.
