While the missus and I were enjoying our much-needed recharge at the Bridgehouse this past weekend, it rained frequently and heavily. However, that wasn’t a bad thing. You see, the Bridgehouse has a beautifully covered back porch that allows you to safely sit outside and enjoy the soothing sounds of a passing rain or storm along with the running creek directly below.
After a heavy rainfall had passed, I took a brief walk around the perimeter out front and saw this:
