While visiting with my Mom last Saturday, she treated us to a spectacularly delicious meal at Char House on the Boulevard located in Wheeling, West Virginia.
The better half and I both ordered the Berkshire Double Bone-In Pork Chop (bourbon whole grain mustard sauce), accompanied by mashed potatoes and green beans. We both concurred that the pork chop was exceptionally well-prepared, exhibiting remarkable tenderness, juiciness, and succulence. A++++
My Mom ended up with the Margherita Pizza (red sauce, fresh tomatoes, cheese, fresh basil and balsamic glaze).
I regret not recalling the specific brand of beer my Mom and I enjoyed, but I can unequivocally state that it was an exceptionally delightful beverage.
There’s no doubt in my mind that we’ll definitely be returning to this place. Yum!
