I found this rock in our driveway, of all places:
I am not sure what the letters\numbers are. “MPPC,” “ INPPC,” “2016,” or, “2011?”
The underside appears to be coated in rust, or at least that’s what I hope it is. I have a strong feeling that this rock was once lodged somewhere and subsequently dislodged judging by the oddly colored patterns.
MPPC 2016 is the Malaysian Public Policy Competition, no idea why it would be written on a rock if that is what it refers too.
That’s so odd to find that here, if that’s what indeed the person meant in this rock!
