This culinary delight evokes fond memories of my past. During the early 1990s, I would often dine at Scoglio’s restaurant situated on Fifth Avenue Place during my lunch break. Among the delectable dishes offered, my personal favorite was the flavorful “Rigatoni Farlenese.” This delectable pasta is meticulously coated with a rich plum tomato and cream sauce, creating a symphony of flavors in each bite.
Recently, we made the decision to dine at Bella’s On Fort Couch. Upon discovering their offering of “Penne Farlenese” pasta, I was filled with great delight and promptly selected that dish. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable with copious “mmmm” sounds emanating with each bite.
