Of course, the food had to be tried! I had the Western Skillet, which was just sinfully delicious! Straight from the Summit Diner’s website, it’s described as follows, “Homefries with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms layered with bacon, shredded cheddar cheese and two eggs any style with white or wheat toast. $10“
