There is no simpler pleasure in life than a truly good meal. I’m talking about those moments where an audible ‘mmmm’ escapes me with every single forkful. A plate of pasta with vodka sauce is one such meal; Chilean sea bass is another! If it means spending a bit more on high-quality ingredients for home, then so be it. I’m too old to settle for anything less than delicious.
