Today’s writing prompt is about managing your own screen time.
My rule of thumb is to limit phone time when I go upstairs to bed. As soon as I start to feel sleepy, I immediately place my phone on its charging stand, and that’s the end of it. I’ve noticed that if I continue browsing on my phone, the sleepy feeling quickly goes away, and I end up sleeping poorly throughout the entire night.
So far, this methodology works splendidly.
