Autumn Scene – October 17, 2004

Sugar Maple trees, adorned with brilliant, burnt orange and bright yellow leaves, create a picturesque scene. In the background, a stave silo adds a touch of rustic charm. I was so proud of this shot!

I recall shooting this photograph like it was only yesterday; down to the camera I was using – a Canon PowerShot S1IS. Despite being only 3.2 megapixels, that camera was still a favorite of mine because of its powerful (for the time) 10X zoom.
